Liz Thompson

Liz is from Friendswood, Texas. In High School, she was a member of the Wranglerette Drill Team for two years and served as Deputy (Dance Officer) her senior year. Liz also participated in many theater and musical productions. After high school, Liz attended Kilgore College and was a Rangerette for two years. With the Rangerettes, she had the opportunity to meet celebrities, travel to Singapore for their New Year celebration and perform as a dancer for the Miss Texas Pageant. Liz completed her degree at the University of Houston where she majored in Fashion Merchandising and Distribution. She was also on the Cougar Doll Pom squad for one year. Liz has worked for American Dance Drill Team School for the past ten years as a choreographer and contest judge. This is Liz’s eighth year of teaching and sixth year at Richardson High School. She currently teaches Fashion Marketing, Dance and Drill Team Prep/Rookies. She lives in Richardson with her husband, Paul, and daughters Kimberly and Mia.

Casey Kazmann

In high school, Casey was a member of the Berkner Bandolera Drill Team for three years, where she served as a Lieutenant her junior year, and Captain her senior year.  During this time she was able to travel to New York City to dance on the Today Show and in the Macy's Day Parade.  After high school, she attended Texas A&M University for four years majoring in Education where she continued her love of dance on the Texas Aggie Dance Team.  She briefly worked on the Starmakers Staff as a choreographer and judge before leaving to attend school.  Casey is currently teaching 4th Grade in RISD specializing in reading and writing while also working towards her Masters Degree.  In her spare time you won't often find her without her camera as she is always behind the lens.  Casey has had the opportunity to travel and shoot several musicians and their bands as well as focus on candid portraits and landscapes.  She currently lives in Rowlett with her husband Colter, and their two dogs, Bo and Thrasher.
