                Liz Thompson

  Liz is from Friendswood, Texas. In High School, she was a
  member of the Wranglerette Drill Team for two years and
  served as Deputy (Dance Officer) her senior year. Liz also
  participated in many theater and musical productions.
  After high school, Liz attended Kilgore College and was a
  Rangerette for two years. With the Rangerettes, she had
  the opportunity to meet celebrities, travel to Singapore for
  their New Year celebration and perform as a dancer for
the Miss Texas Pageant. Liz completed her degree at the University of
Houston where she majored in Fashion Merchandising and Distribution. She
was also on the Cougar Doll Pom squad for one year. Liz has worked for
American Dance Drill Team School since 1998 as a choreographer and contest
judge. Liz holds four certifications in Family & Consumer Sciences, Dance, PE
and Health. Liz started teaching in RISD at West JH in 2002 and transferred to
RHS in 2004, she then became Co-Director in 2005 and then the Director in
2008. Liz currently teaches Fashion Marketing, Child Development, Dance and
Drill Team Prep/Rookies. She lives in Richardson with her husband, Paul, and
daughters Kimberly and Mia.
